As supervisor of my child’s participation in Coastal Wisdom, I agree I am responsible for my children and will monitor my children's behavior and language to ensure respect of other members and teachers and their own safety. Rough play and abusive language will not be allowed.
I understand that when I RSVP to an event that I am expected to attend. I agree if I am unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances after committing to attending that I will communicate this ASAP .
In response to the COVID-19 epidemic and to prevent other communicable illnesses, I agree to carefully screen my child for any fever and other cold and flu like symptoms before events. I also agree to abide by all rules including COVID-19 guidelines determined by the facilities we visit as Coastal Wisdom members.
I agree I am responsible for the risk of bodily injury, death or property while my child is participating in a field trip or excursion, sponsored, planned and directed by Coastal Wisdom.
